CAPELLA-D1 is a food & beverage company operating in Restaurant - Bar - Lounge. We aim at building a well-branded Restaurant - Bar - Lounge concept, starting from its members of management team which is a gathering of well-known and expertise managers and chefs with many years of experience in leading 5-star hotels, resorts and restaurants in Asia, Ho Chi Minh City and throughout Vietnam. Our first 2 restaurants are the unique-designed San Fu Lou Chinese Cuisine located at the ground floor and Sorae Sushi-Sake-Yakitori Japanese Restaurant-Lounge located in 24 & 25 floors, both in AB Tower, were opened in last September 2014. At the moment, we are expanding our operation and looking for talents to join with us. Our business philosophy focuses on building up right people for excellent customer service, therefore we aim at peoples with humble, friendly attitude with strong passion in service excellence.
