CAPELLA-D1 is a food & beverage company operating in Restaurant - Bar - Lounge. We aim at building a well-branded Restaurant - Bar - Lounge concept, starting from its members of management team which is a gathering of well-known and expertise managers and chefs with many years of experience in leading 5-star hotels, resorts and restaurants in Asia, Ho Chi Minh City and throughout Vietnam. Our first 2 restaurants are the unique-designed San Fu Lou Chinese Cuisine located at the ground floor and Sorae Sushi-Sake-Yakitori Japanese Restaurant-Lounge located in 24 & 25 floors, both in AB Tower, were opened in last September 2014. At the moment, we are expanding our operation and looking for talents to join with us.
