The company held its grand opening in 1995. In 2009, Amata (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was converted into a joint stock company. In 2012, Amata VN PCL. holding company was established and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET); it owns 90 percent of shares of Amata (Vietnam) JSC. Amata City Bien Hoa Industrial Park enjoys a very strategic location. It is in the country’s most dynamic economic zone and business hub in the South of Vietnam.
