Mô tả công việc

1. RECRUITMENT:
• Partnering with managers and HR team to identify and determine the knowledge, ability, skills, and other relevant qualifications.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source out qualified candidates.
• Conduct the recruitment activity by determining the appropriate hiring channels (executive search, newspaper, online, job fairs, networking…) to utilize the candidate pool; screening the job applications and coordinating the interviews with line managers; consulting for the line managers in hiring decision making …
• Coordinate with the line managers to generate the occupational test to the candidates to hire the right person for company.
• Prepares offer letters of employment for prospective candidates.
• To host and guide the new comer on first days including giving the orientation training program so that he/she can be adapted as soon as possible to the new job and environment.

2. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
• Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
• Build annual training plan/training matrix and conduct the approved training courses to the targeted employees.
• Support the head of HR&Admin dept. in developing and producing handouts, instructional materials.
• Source out the trainers/training schools/training centers which is relevant for the planned training course’s requirements.
• Prepare the logistics for the training courses such as vehicle , foods arrangement…
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
• Support the head of HR&Admin dept. in setting the criteria/matrix on the career path for the targeted employees. This includes coordinating with line managers to set up the career path standard for the employees.
• Support the head of HR&Admin dept. in setting up the succession planning matrix for targeted employees. This includes identifying the criteria and guideline on how to develop a succession planning program.

3. HR INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) MANAGEMENT:
• Update, monitor the information and data of recruitment, learning and development activities into the HRIS.
• Make sure the necessary data and information of related candidates/training profile of employees are maintained and provided to the board of management if required.

4. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS):
• Support the head of HR&Admin dept in the following and monitoring the performance management system.
• Coordinate the periodic performance appraisal (PPA) schedules between line managers and employees.
• Collect the PPA result; make report of PPA to the Management Team and supervisor.
• Record the paper of PPA and update the result of PPA in the HRIS.
• Consult the relevant learning and development plan for the targeted employees after the PPA.

5. AD-HOC HR PROJECT PARTICIPATION:
• Participate in HR project case by case basis and when required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management/business administration/English language/psychology;
• 3-5 years experiences in recruitment, learning and development management, performance appraisal/KPI management, experience in HRIS management and organizational development is a plus.
• English, TOEIC > 550 or intermediate level
• Computer skill (Ms. Office: Word, Excel, Power point)
• Having team work spirit and “can do” attitude
