Mô tả công việc
- Report inventory every day to warehouse manager
- Responsible for solving problems in the process of exporting and importing goods in the warehouse
- Control and manage the W/H, responsible for the whole warehouse management including labor, W/H equipment, and inventory.
- Assignment, supervision, and evaluation of work performance for employees at the warehouse
- Periodically check inventory in accordance with regulations of the Company
- Working directly with related customers about the quality of the Company's services.
- Maintain 5S in the warehouse; ensure all warehouse personnel actively participate in 5S as part of routine work
- Maintain and strive for a stronger and better team, with a focus on development and career path plan for talents
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Other tasks as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate in Economics/Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Transport/ Electrical/Electronics
- 3 years of experience in warehouse management or relevant experience with the level of Supervisor/Leader
- Experience in setting up a warehouse
- Management skills
