Urgent!!! Manager (Ha Nam Branch)

***JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for supporting Branch General Manager with management of the Branch Operations.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop new business relationships, expand and retain existing ones.
- Conduct business calls to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and manage sales process within the Branch office.
- Cultivate and retain a staff that is customer focused and accountable for individual performance.
- Develop, train, coach and mentor staff.
- Approve transactions, authorizations, exceptions and adjustments.
- Give our customers value by exhibiting excellence at all levels through accurate and efficient service and operational performance.
- Assure that Branch records, reports and operations are accurate and timely.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Branch General Manager.

***REQUIREMENTS
- More than 5 years’ branch banking experience with more than 2 years in branch management.
- Strong knowledge of bank products and services.
- Fluent in Korean or English (Speak Japanese is a plus).
- Ability to build customer relationships.
- Be willing to participate in community and professional activities and organizations to expand personal network of business contacts for new business development.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Sincere desire to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of bank operating systems, a bonus.
- Ability to successfully motivate and manage staff.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Wooribank Vietnam, Ha Nam Branch: 1st and 2nd Floor, Tien Loc Building, Commercial Service Zone 4, Le Hoan Street, Thanh Chau Ward, Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province.
