[Urgent!!] Hong Ik Vina / Document Staff / Up To $700 (Negotiable)

- Making documents for the company
- Responsible for maintenance of company documents, also responsible for storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents
- Maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised
- Maintain systems for document storage and retrieval, and help train employees on efficient system usage.
- Also responsible for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.

- Working Place: Tan Thuan Export processing Zone 18Road Dist 7 HCMC Vietnam
- Working Hours: 7:30-17:00 (Mon to Fri) 7:30-16:00 (Sat)
- Salary: up to 700 USD depending on experience, language skill.

- Bachelor degree
- Detail-oriented
- Office computing, high ability of writing reports
- Proactive, be able to work independently with high pressure
- Highly organized and process-oriented
