[URGENT] Export – Import Staff/ PC/ MC/ Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu ( Có Thể Đi Làm Sau Tết Âm)

Position Title: Planing control Staff
Department: Production
Reports to: GM
Location: Sumi Wiring (Hanam Province)

Scope of Position:

- Contact, discusses with Customer all information about Commodity, Transportation
- Making a document for Import-Export custom procedure
- Make invoice, Packing List, P/O (Purchase Order)
- Coordinate with other department to make production plan
- Managing warehouse operation to ensure comply with company’s policies and requirements
- Monitor warehouse operators.
- Control In and Out of stock
- Booking trucks to forwarder
- Receive imported goods, checking, making shipping documents.

- Good computer skill (IT knowledge, Microsoft office)
- Experience candidates are preferable.
- Good English communication skills ( Toeic from 700 point )
