Mô tả công việc
Work/Coordinate closely with all Teams/ Parts to catch up the training demands. Build annual training plan, analyse needs, develop training materials and conduct training. Support technical teams in technical training . Manage Performance Management and Evaluation program of the company.
Training and Development (Mandatory)
- Work closely with all teams/ parts to understand the training demands
- Build a plan for all needed training courses including (Goal setting, Timeline, Methodology, Materials, etc.)
- Develop materials for internal training and support other teams/ parts in building technical training materials.
- Evaluate the courses (Survey, Interview, etc.)
- Coordinate with outsource services for all external trainings and improve the course quality.
- Build the budget of internal and external training to propose to the Leader and Director
- Other tasks assigned from Manager/ Leader

- At least 2 years of experience in HR field.
- Have a desire to become internal lecturer / coach / facilitator.
