Position Title: Tool & Maintenance Assistant
Department: Production
Reports to: Senior Tool & Maintenance Leader
Location: Ha Nam, Vietnam
Scope of Position:
Serve as right hand for Tooling & Maintenance Leader and support to Production team both internally within the production department and externally with other departments and customers.
Responsibilities
(for executives additional: the subordinated departments with the particular functions of the employees)
• Input data, daily maintain the Tooling & Maintenance Section in SAP.
• Supporting to Tooling & Maintenance Leader and Tooling & Maintenance team in daily routine by maintain working calendar of both engineer and technician, prepare agendas, briefings and input materials for daily meetings, appointments.
• Participate and prepare the minute of meeting and follow up with related person in charge in action plan.
• Maintain related reports and.Track and monitor objectives fulfillment status of staff.
• Search, assemble data from other members and prepare reports, presentations and documents for the Tooling & Maintenance Leader.
• Create, organize, file and maintain corporate documents and reports. Responsible for 5S in Tooling & Maintenance room and cabinets.
• Lead in budget process for Tooling & Maintenance Section, monitoring of budget fulfillment.
• Cost management to Tooling & Maintenance Section.
• Core information and confidencial management, ensures discreet handling of confidential information.
• Other work assigned by Tooling & Maintenance Leader.

Competencies:
Computer : Excellent skills in Excel, power point and other MS software. Presentation preparation skill.
English: very good in writing, reading, listening and speaking.
Personality : Systematic, Clear thinker, Innovative, Good communicator, Responsible.
Must adopt a practical approach towards work.
Education:
Bachelor.
Training/Certifications:
Refer to the latest version of training matrix
Experience: 2 years+ in factory operation, 1 year + in same position.
