Technician –Swine Team

Job Description Summary:
The Technician position will lead the installation team (provided by customer or third party) to implement the installation works, including mechanical and electronic for Swine equipment according to the quality requirements of Big Dutchman Asia and Big Dutchman International. These positions are also responsible to perform commissioning, warrantee, maintenance, repairing and
after-sales services for customers. This role will be coordinating with other functional teams
(sales & marketing, sales coordinator, logistic, finance) to achieve the company common goals.
The positions will report directly to Team leader, After Sales & Field Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive implementation of BDVN installation /commissioning & Service processes and tools;
Perform continuous improvement of maintenance processes, tools in collaboration with BDA/BDI ASFS teams;
Deliver installation/Commissioning & Service management.
Support fixing operational issues related service /installation management
Support on reviewing quality of works, timeline, customer complaints & apply the KPI performance for team & personality. 

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineer;
Have at least 3 years’ experience in Maintenance /Engineering activities or M&E installation (hands on or maintenance planning);
Understand the maintenance /service concept;
Systematic & structured thinking;
Good analytical skill;
Able to work independently and as a team;
Good English in both written and oral;
Have improvement mind set;
Have a problem solving methodology knowledge will be an advantage;
Ability to work under pressure and travel.
