II. New product control
1. New products information
2. Check information in Bill of Material (BOM) with Production Management Department.,
3. New Products Sharing information meeting
4. Confirm standard sample for QA, Production Depts.
5. Roll direction: Confirm roll direction of new Label
6. Procedure: Check items in procedure, such as volume amount, filling amount, open torque, sticking label position, batch code position ...
7. Finished Goods specification: created from staff, deliver to related Depts.
III. Trial
1. Check design complete
2. Pre-trial meeting
3. Trial: Follow up trial run, record the problem, give solutions
4. Trial closing meeting: summarize the problem after trial, give preventive actions;
5. After trial: Perform transportation test, drop test
6. Stability test: Store trial sample and make stability test
IV. Testing new components
V. Support: Support Production, support QA, production about problem related to packaging
VI. Action plan: Create General Process, SOP

- Age: Less than 40 years old
- Experience:
3 years working in packaging designing or developing
2 years working as Team Leader
- Foreign language: Good command in English
- Computer literacy: Good command in Microsoft Office software
- Skills : Management, deadline-orientation, details
