Technical Manager (Working At VSIP Quang Ngai)

- Ensure that effective process engineering works are conducted in co-operation with production function
- Support production function with quality analysis requirement such as allegedly non-conforming products and new products. Production yield improvement
- Providing Technical support for full portfolio of products
- Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering/ scientific techniques, processes and criteria using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications
- Making plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed phases of work for a part of a major project or total project of moderate scope
- Organize regular practical training and evaluation to technical and quality team
- Process control and improvement to ensure that quality assurance activities meet established targets and standards in the process. Secure product quality following specifications
- Instruct the team to update, adjust quality system, improvement to ensure that their products meet the organization’s quality standards by audit, improvement and evaluation in periodically
- Maintain good housekeeping (5S) within the process operation
- Manage and test of change related to the product, working process, equipment, etc
- Establishes the controls necessary to ensure improvements activities reach to achievement of production efficiencies optimum yield and product quality.
- Ensures that improvement activities are in accordance with quality system procedures
- To work effectively with all senior managers and others to resolve all issues related to process/ product quickly and effectively
- Coordinate to set new item condition/ parameter to production by assign engineers

- Work location base in VSIP Quang Ngai
- Bachelor degree: Chemical / Mechanical
- At least 7 years experience in technical or R&D roles in manufacturing companies is required
- English fluently is must
- Good analysis ability
- Agile and adaptability, can train and coach staffs
