Tax Accountant

Tax report:
* In charge of preparation all tax reports for compliance purpose (VAT, WHT,…), Invoice usage report

* Ensure required reports to be submitted to the relevant authorities on time

Tax authority interaction:
*Be a contact point with local tax authorities for tax payment reconciliation and in some routine/simple tax issues

Tax consulting:
*Be contact point for all support needed related to tax invoice

Tax payment/refund management:
* Monitor the recognition and payment of all tax liabilities, follow up with AP team to make sure timely payment and prevent Tax penalty

* Coordinate with AP/Treasury team for recognition of Tax refund (if any)

Financial Reporting:
* Support Month End Closing

* Perform reconciliation for Tax related accounts (VAT output, VAT input, Other Tax balances)

* In charge of Tax accrual, Tax allocation, VAT input/output net off (where relevant)

Tax compliance:
* Keep up to date with changing Tax law and its implication

* Support to drive Tax compliance in daily business transactions (Contract term, Invoicing…)

* Support to perform Tax health check and follow up with corrective action (where relevant)

Document retention: *Responsible for tax data & tax document retention

- BA degree in tax accounting/ accounting/ finance/ auditing;

- Minimum 4-year-tax experience;

- Good knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns;

- Hardworking, flexible, good logic and commercial mindset; strong project management and influence skills.

- Fluent English speaking & writing skills;

- Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
