Mô tả công việc
Job title: Shipping Planner
Report to: Logistics Leader
Department: Supply Chain Management
Location: Ha Nam, Vietnam
Scope of Position:
Plan and prepare Shipments, create Shipping Documents, support on Export Customs Clearance and support to arrange the Transportation to ensure on time-delivery to our customers
Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare Shipments according to Outbound deliveries from Customer Service
• Create Shipping Documents such as Delivery Note, Bill of Lading or Shipping orders, VDA/AIAG labels and Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN)
• Support Customs Clearance such as Customs Documentation and Write off materials for Import/Export
• Support on arranging Transportation in contacting forwarders and issue instructions for shipping of materials
• Plan and prepare Shipments for non-serial items such as machines, etc. and create Shipping Documents accordingly
• Create policies and procedures for Shipping activities
• Implement customer specific requirements
• Ensure on-time Delivery to our customers + audit correctness of shipment
• Resolve problems Outbound and Warehouse internal activities
• Support on internal Warehouse processes
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation and training
• Analyzing Data and Information
• Support the physical Stocktake Process
• Support administrative tasks within the Warehouse
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Adhere to promote ISO/TS16949 policies
• Collaborate in activities and promoting the organizations Continuous Improvement strategy and Lean Logistics for all Shipping activities
• Support Material flow process, Kanban control cycle

Working experience:
- Experience in similar position at international company in Vietnam for several years.
- Experience in Automotive industry and Lean Logistics is an asset
Competencies:
- Personality : Good communicator, Assertive, Drive, Fair, Patient, Responsible
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Must adopt a practical approach towards work
- Must be methodical
- High level of problem solving skills
- Ability to perform his/her work diligently and with the minimum of supervision
- Analytical competencies
- Good knowledge in Warehouse and Logistics Processes
- Knowledge in Lean Logistics is an asset
- Knowledge of computer applications, MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP SD/WM/MM is an asset
Education:
College or equivalent experience on the job
- Experience in similar position at international company in Vietnam for several years.
