Senior General Accountant ($600 - $900)

Our client is an FDI company in manufacturing field, having factory in Ha Nam.
Due to our expanding business, we are now looking for a Senior Accountant (General Accountant) with the details below:

Job description:
* Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.

* Account payable:

- Maintain account payable records in compliance with SOP, current regulation and law.
- Ensure expense are book to the right cost elements, cost centers.
- Ensure claims are paid in time according to payment terms set out in contracts, SOP
- Make accruals at month end for closing purpose.
- Maintain vendor's master and control Vendor's contact

* Other responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing accounting data
- Preparing ad-hoc report upon request
- Prepare financial report in accordance with IFRS, MFRS and VAS

* Tax responsibilities
- Prepare WHT declaration
- Review VAT declaration
- Prepare mineral tax declaration
- Payment to State budget Reconciliation
- CIT preparation

- Financial/Accounting/University Degree
- At least 3 years of working experience at the general accountant position
- Experienced in working with accounting software is preferred
- Good English communication/ MS Offfice
- Well organized, hard-working, honest and able to work under pressure
