R&D Manager - Mns Meat Ha Nam

1. Develop processes, procedures and formulafions in order to assure the launching and the amplification öf the meat products of the division.
2. Evaluate parameters of execution of the applied processes in order to generate cost savings and efficiency, while preserving the companies quality and complying strictly with the regulations of Vietnamese health and food safety legal standards.
3. Research processes and technologies which are supporting the best practice operation and the quality of the products in order to guarantee and improve quality and reduce costs of our products.
4. Elaborate reports of testing results, yields and analysis in order to assure the documentation of all elaborated analysis and linked results.
5. Collaborate with the internal departments involved in the R&D process in a pro-active relationship in order to execute the right procedure and comply within the aligned timelines.
6. Conduct projects related to R&D activities in order to manage the NPD from brief to launching OTIF.
7. Communicate Process implementation to the correspondent areas of operatior and train the staff accordingly.
8. Structure a continuous improvement process in order to improve constantly quality of products and processes of the meat supply chain.

1. Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật công nghiệp/Công nghệ chế biến thực phẩm
2. Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm về Nghiên cứu và Phát triển, ưu tiên am hiểu về quy trình chế biến và giết mổ
3. Khả năng tiếng Anh tốt
4. Khả năng lãnh đạo nhóm
5. Khả năng cải tiến thường xuyên.
