Mô tả công việc
* Scope of work: control quality of all GG factories in Vietnam
* Main role: Being responsible to drive all the quality and technical initiatives; ensure they are executed according to the strategic plan to improve the products quality up to the Company & Buyer's expectations.
- Establish, edit and update QA manuals & SOPs.
- Control and ensure companies implement and follow the QA/QC system and the SOPs.
- Establish a training plan for Quality systems & SOPs and ensure training is conducted with relevant personnel.
- Evaluate, analyze and find out the solution for troubles in order to improve quality control works and satisfy customers.
- Working directly with Buyers for any issue relate to product’s quality
- Audits preparation and accomplish internal audit.
- Making OQL report and conducting OQL meeting.
- Building close working relationship with Buyers
- Perform other related duties as requirement of the BOD and GG HQ.
* Main working place: Ha Nam or Hung Yen

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- English proficiency
- Understanding Lean system
- Understanding motion study
- Aware of importance about preparation process for production in garment industry
- Can prepare technical audit (QC/QC process)
- Bachelor Degree in garment industry or industrial engineering or having equivalent experience in buyer agency / buyer office at least 5 years is preferable.
- Open minded and having good inter-personal background.
- Good leadership and decision making
- Able to review all reports made by QC/QA team.
- Able to provide RCA and CAP related to quality, SOP and technical compliance issue
- Good problem solving from sample to bulk production
- Well understanding about Quality Management System and can provide training for all QC/QA team
- Able to review production status and shipment schedule
