QA/QC Manager

General
The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
The preparation of the company SOP and supervision of all amendment and revision
Control that the company personnel implements and follows the QA/QC system and the SOPs
Manage the Site QA/QC officers in coordination with the relevant site managers.

For Procurement Activities
The attendance at site and inspection procurement meetings
Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required
Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors
Review of suppler quality plans against contract requirements
Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents
Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications
Review supplier material certificates
Take part in supplier audit and surveillances
Coordinate with the company’s discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies
Coordinate with management for quality improvements
Issue of nonconformance reports
Track all nonconformance reports
Coordinate with the owner’s representative on all procurement issues
Monitor progress of all purchase requisitions
Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
Monitor statistical method reporting.
Action and close all customer complaints
Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.

High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred. Engineering Degree in Civil Mechanical or Electrical will be also accepted.
Solid knowledge and understanding of QA/QC processes, policy, and systems
Minimum of five (5) years previous experience as QA/QC Manager or related position in a construction Project. Water or pipeline Network Construction Project Experience will be an advantage
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Ability to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Control of English spoken and written will be an advantage but not compulsory
