Mô tả công việc
• Monitor daily production status and ensure delivery plan on time
• Conduct daily meeting to keep track of daily production output
• Manpower calculate to meet customer delivery schedule
• Develop production plan, budget and time lines in order optimize production capacity
• Make sure to maximize factory capacity and achieve sales budget
• Work with sales team relating to project/customer
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, QA/QC, Engineer Support Section to ensure material, technical package, sample approved are available and ready according to loading plan
• Supervise on line performance of output and production on shipment risk.
• Others would be from Factory Manager/COO.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male, Female,
• BA/BS degree and above required
• More than 8 years working experience related to FDI manufacturing company, in which 5 years management experience level.
• Knowledge of production process
• Good command of English, MS Office, ERP/SAP
• Analytical skills and Data accuracy
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Good decision - making and problem solving skill
• Able to manage conflicts well
• BA/BS degree and above required
• More than 8 years working experience related to FDI manufacturing company, in which 5 years management experience level.
