Production Leader (Trưởng Nhóm Sản Xuất) / Chief Account (Kế Toán Trưởng)

1. Production Leader
- Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift
- Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours
- Enforce all safety and processing procedures
- Enable effective communications between management and operators
- Maintain a clean and safe work place
- Manufacture and pack products as necessary
- Perform related duties as assigned
o Annual Salary 6000 ~ 7200 USD
o The Term of Contract 12 months

2. Chief Account
- Assists General Director in all works related to Accounting and finance
- Manages and directs the implementation of accounting system and documentation
- Prepares Financial reports and other related reports
- Manages and control company's accounting activities under strict compliance with Suruga Seiki's practices and Vietnamese legal requirements
- Manages information system related to company's capital and investment, assets, cash flows, budget spending, tax issues and other payments to the government.
- Provides accounting and financing reports
- Sustains good relationships with government authorities, suppliers, and other business partners
- Manages and maximizes the performance of the Accounting & Finance department
- Analyzes company's financial conditions and suggests or advises to related section
o Annual Salary 7200 ~ 10800 USD
o The Term of Contract 12 months

o Working Days 6 days per week
Working Hours 8 hours per day

1. Production Leader
o Degree: Bachelor
o Major: Electronics
o Experience
- At least 1 years of working experience in production management.
- Preference over 3 years of working experience in production management.
o Skills/Licenses
- Positive attitude and desire to learn and work in a project team environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand and discuss issues at a technical level, create and deliver presentations to engineering peers and the ability to prepare detailed Technical Reports.
- Basic computer knowledge; use of MS Office Suite
o Language: Possible to speak English or Korean


2. Chief Account
o Degree: Bachelor
o Major: Finance/Accounting
o Experience:
- 5 years of experience with at least 3 years at management level.
o Skills/Licenses:
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, knowledge of ERP is plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations,
- Strong in internal control, process and policy build up
- Hard working, honesty, self-responsibility
o Language: Vietnamese(Native), Possible to speak English or Korean
