Procurement Supervisor

- Develop new suppliers and follow existing suppliers in both of direct & indirect products for Processed Meat BU.
- Liaise with functional managers to understand their current and anticipated demand for goods, material and develop plans, cost estimate, scheduled for integrating the needs into exiting purchasing activities.
- Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality. Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries to suit end user’s need.
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks of supply.
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench marking.
- Conduct weekly /Monthly/Yearly for performance and activities, improvement progress, issues and solution, improvement suggestion to Manager.

- College/University degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business…)
- From 3-5 years’ experience at Procurement (prefer in F&B, FMCG industry, involving in purchase of direct materials)
- Experienced in ERP tools is a plus (Oracle ERP, SAP…)
- Good negotiation skill, communications skill. Fluency in English.
- Honest and willing to learn.
