Position: Operation Data Analyst
Report to: Operations Manager
Department: Operation
Location: Duy Tien, Ha Nam, Viet Nam
Scope of work:
Serve as right hand for Operations Manager and support to Operation team both internally within the Operation department and externally with other departments and customers.
Responsibilities:
• Support to Operations Manager (OM) in daily routine by OM's working Calendar, prepare agendas, briefings and input materials for daily meetings, appointments;
• Participate and prepare the minute of meeting and follow up with related person in charge of action plan;
• Create and maintain OM reports and Operation Report. Track and monitor objectives fullfillment status of staff;
• Search, assembly data from other members and prepare reports, presentation and documents for OM;
• Create, organize, file and maintain corporate documents and reports.
• Lead in budget process for Operation Department, monitoring of budget fullfillment;
• Support Production Inventory activities for accuracy data;
• Cost management to OM and Operation Department;
• Reponsible for 5S in production office;
• Support for Hybrid Meeting Board Visulazation of Operation Department;
• Take a lead of administration tasks of Operation Department;
• Support Event Committee for Company activities;
• Core information and confidential management, ensure discreet handling of confidential information;
• Other work assigned by Operations Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Experience: At least 02 years experienced in factory operation
Education: Bachelor
Competence:
• Personality : Systemetic, Clear thinker, Innovative, Good Communicator, Responsible
• Must adopt a practical approach towards work
• Must have a strong team work skill;
• English: very good in writing, reading, listening and speaking
• Excellent skills in Excel, power point and other MS software. Presentation preparation skill.
Education: Bachelor
