Summary of the role: Work closely with trading desk to ensure proper contract entry/amendment and correct physical position on Sucafina SA online (SOL)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
It is included but not limited to:
• Sales/purchase contracts input on SOL upon sufficient requests from traders;
• Send signed contracts to clients and upload countersigned contracts on SOL;
• Adjust/amend contracts and send amendments to clients upon reasonable requests from traders;
• Make sure all contracts and amendments get duly signed on SOL;
• Check the costings & contract terms & actively request for justification whenever applicable;
• Assist trading desk in their physical long & short allocations (upon request);
• Execute fixation and send fixing confirmations to correct list of recipients upon request;
• Update Trader portfolio of Supplier / Customer (“Edit Client”);
• Daily trading P&L report for new contracts on SOL and follow up with traders for corrections (if any);
• Follow up with traders to make sure valorization is properly updated for P&L reporting purpose;
• Reconcile with accounting P&L at the end of the period to ensure correct result;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications and Education: University graduate
Experience:
• At least two year working experience is compulsory
• Experience in logistics is a plus
Technical Competences
• Good sense of organization, self-discipline, customer orientation
• Expertise in Microsoft Office
Other Competences
• Good sense of organization

• Self-discipline
• Team player
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Pro-active
• Positive
Languages: Proven skills in problem solving and communication in English
Key results expected
• All contracts are entered/amended correctly within 24 hours after receipt of sufficient and correct information from traders;
• All contract and amendment documents are sent to correct counterparties as soon as they are fully signed on the system;
• All contracts on SOL are frozen within 7 days from creation date after countersigned contracts are uploaded;
• P&L is reported daily and correctly; questions are followed up and answered in the due time;
Experience:
