Marketing Manager

Marketing Efficiency:

• Developing marketing strategies related to pricing, communication and branding for the organization

• Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR to guarantee brand reputation and recognition.

• Monitoring all marketing initiatives performance to achieve the most effective ROI

• Ensuring that the marketing objectives are well-understanding & implemented by the marketing team to deliver the coherent message throughout the plan

Business Development:

• Working closely with related stakeholders; enabling them to meet their sales target by providing them with appropriate promotion mechanics, sales tools, marketing materials and presentations

• Using sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of services & products

• Expanding sale opportunities in different channels from offline to online

• Identifying and developing any possibility of acquiring new customers

• Developing branding strategy to maximize brand awareness and visibility across all communication channels and improving brand health.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

• Evaluating the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention

• Proposing and managing marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

• Improving the quality of all customer touchpoints to ensure the highest customer satisfaction

People Development

• Providing guide and training to team members and support them to achieve the best performance

• Ensure clear communication and objectives among all team members in any marketing plan

• Maintaining the lowest turnover rate among teams

• Overseeing and evaluating individual performance to promote them into higher position and responsible

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant other subjects

- Strong interest in beauty/clinic/lifestyle segment and at least 3-5 years of experience in similar role

- Track record of building scalable digital marketing campaign strategies and executing strategies with passion, precision and excellence

- Management experience leading matrixed teams including goal setting, managing team activities, and managing performance

- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts and strategies

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels

- Good operational and process orientation
