Marketing Leader - HN

– Take charge of Marketing plans and activities: in order to fulfill the needs of GHTK’s stakeholders, online shops, e-commerce platforms…

– Consult with Board of Director to develop the right Marketing and Brand strategies: conduct market research, understand customer intelligence and base on that to identify opportunities and recommend strategies;

– Develop, execute and monitor Marketing plans assigned by the Board of Directors and report on the productivity and implementation progress;

– Propose feasible ideas and plans for brand proposition and development: marketing campaigns, product branding projects… to properly convey the message and values of GHTK to target customer groups;

– Monitor plan execution on a daily basis to ensure the highest possible quality outcomes, report directly to the CEO;

– Develop and lead Marketing team: Build a team that works well together; Set up KPIs; Support, inspire and motivate the team towards function goals (if needed)

– Have at least 02 years of relevant experience (Branding, Marketing, PR/Advertising/Communication…); candidates with working experience at MNCs are preferred;

– Possess a Marketing-driven mindset with excellent strategic thinking;

– Be knowledgeable about Branding, Marketing/Sales… and experience in working with agencies;

– Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;

– Have good leadership and strong organizational skill, ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines;

– Be self-motivated, result-oriented with high standards, proactive and reach the core of the problems to achieve the highest level of efficiency;

– Official Salary: $1,000 – $2,000, salary is reviewed on a periodical basis and inconsistent with capacity without limit;
