Mô tả công việc
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze costs, mainly on the analysis and reporting of a company’s financial position in order to provide insights into business performance.
- Provide business data and analysis to Management Board to assist in business decision-making and control, including strategic planning, pricing, discount, promotion, marketing investment, margin & customer profitability analysis.
- Ensure financial data are accurately and timely reflected in financial systems by reviewing and diagnosing problems.
- Consult / recommend to related functions' heads to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
- Working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions.
- Act as an advisor to Function Heads in formulating their budget submissions.
- Review proposed budget submissions from Function Heads for accuracy.
- Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with Company's procedures and regulations.
- Seek new ways to improve efficiency, involve in cost analysis and variance analysis, strategic planning, long and medium term planning.
- Other tasks assigned by Financial Planning Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing. CPA/ACCA qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position at FMCG, MNC or Retail corporation, experience in partnering with Sales & Marketing teams is highly preferred. Or >4 years auditing experience in Big 4.
- Very strong and professional communication skills, both oral and written
- Meticulous with strict attention to details
- Self-starter/self-motivator with strong analytical skills
- Ability to conduct logical checks on numbers & raw data/information
- Can work under very high pressure with minimum supervision
- Be able to travel frequently
