Maintenance Manager

- Planning for maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, planning to buy spare parts for the factory
- Controlling monthly maintenance costs
- Managing the import and export of equipment at the factory
- Managing and following the Optimain software, preventive maintenance
- Managing labor safety and fire prevention in the factory.
- Repairing, maintaining the machinery and equipment in the factory.
- Monthly reporting on energy use. Analyzing the cause of any abnormal changes
- Carrying out the training and operation of machinery, equipment for production staff.
- Performing and maintaining quality management system ISO related to maintenance department.
- Rebuilting or updating procedures, regulations related to maintenance department.
- Assigning the task for employees according to working schedule
- Supervising the work of the subcontractor related to maintenance department, labor safety, fire prevention in the factory.
- Training to improve the skills of employees
- Evaluating the working efficiency of employees.
- Performing other task as required by the superior

- Degree in mechanics / electromechanics / industrial electricity
- Intermediate English communication, be able to read and understand English materials.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Auto cad
- Have 3 years experience in the same position
- Situation solving, problem solving skills
- Motivation and team management skill
- Ability to work independently
- Responsible, high sense of working, friendly with colleague
