M&E Engineer

Working location: Vinh Phuc, Ha Nam, Bac Ninh…

Description:
• Prepare tender cost submission/ cost evaluation/ quantity take-off for Mechanical work.
• Control sub contract and Co-ordinate with all sections and other interfaces of work;
• Undertake design reviews to ensure components or systems are safe and satisfy all the relevant codes and standards;
• Follow up, inspect and report about the status of the project, control the quality of works and the progress schedule of the construction work;
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation
• Other tasks are requested by Project Manager and General Director.
• More details shall be discussed during interview

Qualification & Experience:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer is preferable or its equivalent (related to construction project).
• 3 to 5 years experience in the same position
• Excellent computer knowledge in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office, Microsoft project and other related software.
• Good command of both oral and written English.
