Logistic Staff

- Work with carriers to arrange shipments on time,

- Follow up with carriers to make sure orders delivered to customers to meet lead time, update information of delivery to system on time.

- Collects, prepares and checks all necessary documents to make sure that all meet custom requirements as well as customer requirement.

- Receives, checks and processes all inbound/outbound cargo documents (P/O, Invoice, Packing list).

- Plan export job shipment.

- Monitors status of cargoes and contacts inland and overseas customers to get information and update.

- Update law and prescription regarding customs procedure.

- Builds up relations with government agencies and customs authorities concerning import/ export.

- Maintain production norm register with customs, register import part list and make balance report with customs office.

- Work with sales team, Production team for shipping plan and update delivery schedule to them. Follow and solve arising problems and willing support other.

- Others task assigned by Manager

- Degree of bachelor from Foreign Trade, Commercial, Economics, Business Administration.

- At least 1-2 year experience on Logistic and export in EPE electronic and/or telecommunication manufacturing company.

- Strong knowledge of raw material, antenna product and other wireless devices;

- Experience on working with Customs Officer/ Insurance company/ Shipping Lines

- Proficient in MS Office computer skills.

- Experiences on working with SAP system.

- Good command of English: Listening, speaking, reading and writing.

- Team work, leadership, staff management and development, organized, systematic.

- Team player, but self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Able to deliver in stressful situations.
