WE ARE EXPANDING TO HIRE EMPLOYEES FOR HA NAM AREA.
Bank will support bus transfer from Ha Noi to Ha Nam daily.
1. LOAN SUPERVISOR
• Check and confirm of loan approval
• Approve loan transactions
• Collaborate with Credit planning, credit analysis and other sections/ department in to resolve/ revise operation
guideline
• Responsible for follow up and monitoring of customer loan activities
• Guide and lead the team in loan processing and credit evaluation
• Check and sign on contracts assigned by GM/ DGM in line with loan policy and guidelines
• Other assignments by GM/ DGM
2. TRADE SUPERVISOR
• To perform trade services( corporate oversea remittance, D/A,D/P, L/C, etc...), approve/reject transactions,
to provide instructions within delegated authority to follow strictly related internal operating instructions, policies,
rules and regulations
• To maintain best customer satisfaction
• To report to BOM any concerns during performance.
• To be responsible for overall duties of Trade section.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ( DEPOSIT DEPARTMENT)
• Advise current and prospective customers on bank products and services that are best suited to their needs
• Perform administrative duties, like checking, verifying and approving transactions including remittance transactions
• Assist clients with managing their bank accounts and finance
To perform cash services
• Check & reconcile transaction history reported by staffs and give instruction to solve surplus & shortage of money.(Cash and ATM management)
• Perform other tasks assigned by GM/DGM

• Bachelor of Economics or relevant field
• At least 4 years experience in credit/loan and trade finance
• Strong legal sense
• Intensive understanding of banking products especially loan and trade finance
• Good knowledge on bank Risk management and Asset liability management
• Strong Database management and utilization ability
• Teamwork, treat people with respect
• Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking
• Be able to Work under pressure
• People Management Knowledge
• Communication skill in English
2. TRADE SUPERVISOR
• Bachelor degree of Economics or relevant field
• At least 4-year-experience in management position of Trade Operation
• Good knowledge of Trade products and operation
• Understanding market practice, related rules and regulations
• Be able to perform and maintain best customer satisfaction
• Be able to work under pressure, teamwork
• Communication skills, Problem solving skills
• People Management Knowledge
• Communication skill in English
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ( DEPOSIT DEPARTMENT)

• At least 4 years experience in relevant field
• Good understanding of local law on foreign exchange control and investment
• Be able to perform and maintain best customer satisfaction
• Be able to work under pressure, teamwork
• Communication skills, Problem solving skills

• Communication skill in English
• Bachelor of Economics or relevant field
• At least 4 years experience in credit/loan and trade finance
