Mô tả công việc
- Work as interpreter & translator in manufacturing companies for more than 3 years (Work with Japanese expatriates and do interpretation and translation with Vietnamese staffs).
- Concurrent work experience in interpretation & translation and other works such as production control, quality control, manufacturing control, manufacturing engineering for more than 3 years.
Mission:
- Learn automotive motor & generator (AMG) mfg operation which is a new business for TIPA.
- Interprete rules, manuals works instructions, etc from Japanese to Vietnamese to start AMG manufacturing operation in TIPA from year 2019.
- Help verbal & written communication between Japanese expatriates and Vietnamese members in day to day operation.
- Work as interpreter & translator and a staff in Production Control or in Quality Control or in Manufacturing or in Manufacturing Engineering section.

* Business Skills Required ( including Language Proficiency)
- Japanese Proficiency Exam: N3 & above or its equivalent.
- Rich in experience in interpretation of rules, manuals, work instructions, etc. from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Good at interpreting of rules, manuals works instructions, etc from Japanese to Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Those who will be able to go to Japan for training to learn AMG manufacturing operation for about 3 months.
- Those who live in Bien Hoa is preferred.
- Work in non- working shift.
- Interpreters will be assigned to Production Control or in Quality Control or in Manufacturing or in Manufacturing Engineering section.

College and above
* Years of Experience
- 3 year and above.
- Experience in business trips in Japan and/or work experiences in Japan is highly appreciated.
- Enjoy working by using Japanese.
- Like challenging new things.
- Proactive, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and due date, accurate in work.
