Mô tả công việc
1. Manage and enforce IT policies, procedures & processes throughout company.
2. Manage the development, implementation, installation and operation of information and functional systems such as: LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Email, antivirus and Backup.
3. Manage ERP servers and production related servers.
4. Hub/Switch installation/maintenance/troubleshooting.
5. Storage backup and recovery
6. Ensure all PCs working in good condition.
7. Support user for troubleshooting all issues related to IT.
8. Other works related to GA-HR
- Quản lý và thực thi các chính sách, thủ tục và quy trình CNTT trong toàn công ty.
- Quản lý phát triển, thực hiện, cài đặt và hoạt động của các thông tin và các hệ thống chức năng như: LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Email, chống virus và sao lưu. Quản lý các máy chủ ERP và các máy chủ sản xuất liên quan.
- Hub / Switch cài đặt / bảo trì / xử lý sự cố. Sao lưu lưu trữ và phục hồi.
- Đảm bảo tất cả các máy tính làm việc trong tình trạng tốt.
- Hỗ trợ người sử dụng xử lý sự cố tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến CNTT.
- Các công việc và nghiệp vụ khác theo yêu cầu của lãnh đạo cấp trên.

- Quản lý và thực thi các chính sách, thủ tục và quy trình CNTT trong toàn công ty.
- Quản lý phát triển, thực hiện, cài đặt và hoạt động của các thông tin và các hệ thống chức năng như: LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Email, chống virus và sao lưu. Quản lý các máy chủ ERP và các máy chủ sản xuất liên quan.
- Hub / Switch cài đặt / bảo trì / xử lý sự cố. Sao lưu lưu trữ và phục hồi.
- Đảm bảo tất cả các máy tính làm việc trong tình trạng tốt.
- Hỗ trợ người sử dụng xử lý sự cố tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến CNTT.
- Các công việc và nghiệp vụ khác theo yêu cầu của lãnh đạo cấp trên.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Male, residence and living in Ha Nam province is a MUST.
2. University graduate.
3. 3-6 years’ work experiences in IT section.
4. Bachelors' degree in information system or related fields
5. Have at least 3 years of experience in related position.
6. Have knowledge and good experience in Windows servers.
7. Have knowledge and good experience in Microsoft Server: AD, DHCP, DNS.
8. Have capacity of managing LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, antivirus
9. Have capacity of troubleshooting and resolve issues in client (Windows 7, Windows 8)
10. Have knowledge of Database systems: MSSQL, Oracle DB.
11. Have knowledge and experience in managing backup system on windows, antivirus, security
12. Positive Team work.
13. Able to work independently, self-drive and committed.
14. HARD WORK.
15. Able to deliver work outcome in stressful situations.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học, chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2- 4 năm làm trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm tốt trong Microsoft Server: AD, DHCP, DNS.
- Có khả năng quản lý mạng LAN, WAN, VPN, tường lửa, chống virus
- Có khả năng xử lý sự cố và giải quyết các vấn đề trong ứng dụng (Windows 7, Windows 8).
- Có kiến thức về các hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu: MSSQL, Oracle DB.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về quản lý hệ thống sao lưu trên cửa sổ, chống virus, bảo mật.
