IT Manager

1. Job Details
- Ensure all IT equipment is working properly, applies policy to avoid damage, missing, losing data.
- Ensure company network is secure by controlling Firewall, Router & VPN connection.
- Manage IT assets include server UPS, hardware, software licenses.
- Ensure all kind of license usage is legal, as well as avoid any action of illegal license usage by user.
- Coordinate with all department to understand company needs & goals, to provide IT related solution which is suitable with company's projects & situations.
- Provide IT training to all department to improve working efficiency. Our key requirements
- Administrator's privilege of all user's hardware & account.
- Administrator's privilege of critical network devices.

2. Working Condition
- Working Days : 6 days per week
- Working Hours : 48 hours per week
- Working Place : (Location) Ha Nam

1. Degree
- Bachelor’s degree(Information Technology or related)

2. Experience
- More than 5 years experience in System Administration & IT Service Desk

3.Competency
- Strong and experience hands-on knowledge on Technical, with overall IT knowledge.
- Have experience with: LANS/WANS, Windows Server Environment; Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, Backup systems, Print servers, firewalls, spam & antivirus hardware/software
- Experience in maintaining analog and VoIP telephony system.
- Management skills for planning, budgeting, workload prioritize and managing to ensure IT service agreement levels

4. Language
- Possible to speak English or Korean
