Import Export Manager

- Responsible for the company’s import permit and export license processes
- Prepares required documents for Customs, Agents, Suppliers
- Discuss about price, delivery conditions, payment and import-export packing conditions
- Guide staff each steps of import materials and export goods on time fulfill
- Checking production schedule everyday and make export plan, contact with forwarder to upload goods on containers air and sea, truck for domestics export
- Check goods & container before loading on Container delivery to loading port & negative freight fee with shipping agencies.
- Note to production department prepare & load goods on time base on delivery schedule & delivery time
- Take care steps by steps delivery from stock to destination port
- Note to customers about ship’s information & shipping road, ETD & ETA
- Check and inspection liquidate balance sheet of import & export refund import taxes from Custom Office.
- Other duties will be assigned as required

- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Business or equivalent degree.
- 3-5 years’ recent experience in import/export
- Knowledge or experience of Customs required.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Highly organized and experienced with document requirements that must be exact.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to multi task
- Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing and speaking English language) to perform the duties efficiently
