Mô tả công việc
C&B:
- Manage attendant records, annual leave, sick leave of employees.
- Implement the salary calculation.
- Deal with Insurance bureau on compulsory insurance issues, responsible for contacting with Labor bureau, social security bureau and tax bureau for monthly declaration and annual audit.
- Manage and keep update for the employees’ personnel information.
- Quản lý chấm công, nghỉ phép, nghỉ ốm... của người lao động.
- Thực hiện việc tính lương.
- Làm việc với cơ quan bảo hiểm về các vấn đề bảo hiểm, thuế... của người lao động.
- Quản lý và cập nhật thông tin người lao động.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR of foreign-invested manufacturing companies.
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law is required.
- Bachelors degree.
2. Benefits:
- Company bus from Hanoi to Ha Nam and vice versa
- 13th Month Salary
- MBO Bonus: Up to 200% - 300% total salary/year
- OT salary based on Labour Law
- Free company meals (breakfast, lunch, supper meal)
1. Yêu cầu:
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm về nhân sự ở công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài
- Khả năng sử dụng Tiếng Anh mức khá
- Có hiểu biết về luật lao động
- Ứng viên tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên

- Công ty có xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội về Hà Nam và ngược lại
- Tháng lương thứ 13
- Thưởng MBO lên đến 200 - 300% lương
