Mô tả công việc
We are looking for an HR-ADM Manager manage our Human Resources department. You will act as the key person HR-ADM Dept. from employees and external partners.
Your main HR-ADM duties include and not limited to manage in
• Maintaining personnel records, labor contracts
• Managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
• C&B, SI, HI, UI, PIT
• Manage supporting to foreign experts such as : work permit, residence card, visa, air ticket arrangement, apartment rental, car rental, tuition…
• Checking and submit the proposal from factory, sites to Director and Board of Director to get approval and processing
• Labor reports
• Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides, following probation term
• Revise company policies
• Manage payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Proposal salary for new hires, proposal of increase salary, allowances, insurances
• Management company cars, maintenance…
• Report and get approval directly from Vietnamese General Director and Korean President

Requirements
• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
