[Hot Job!!!] Accounting Manager/ Chief Accountant

We are looking for an accounting manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.

* RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls and working closely with the operations in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ in Korea
• Responsible for preparing financial statement, tax declaration, tax finalization comply with Laws and regulations.
• Review & approve payment voucher & journal entries
• Calculate product costs and report to management team
• Submit monthly management reports, ensure that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements
• Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns
• Work with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager

• Tổ chức và kiểm soát toàn bộ các công việc chuyên môn của phòng kế toán
• Tổ chức vận hành, hướng dẫn công tác hạch toán kế toán đầy đủ, chính xác và kịp thời
• Tham gia phát triển, xây dựng chính sách, quy định về kế toán trong công ty
• Thực hiện lên dự thảo ngân sách, chi phí; làm việc với các phòng ban để phân tích lợi nhuận, chênh lệch và kiểm soát chi phí
• Chịu trách nhiệm gửi và thống nhất báo cáo tài chính, thanh toán, báo cáo quản trị dòng tiền đến trụ sở chính tại Hàn Quốc kịp thời
• Tổ chức lập và chịu trách nhiệm về các báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế, quyết toán thuế năm của Công ty theo quy định của pháp luật
• Xem xét, kiểm tra và phê duyệt ủy nhiệm chi và các hạch toán kế toán
• Tính toán giá thành, lập báo cáo gửi Ban Giám đốc
• Tổ chức việc lập báo cáo quản trị hàng tháng (đảm bảo việc hạch toán quản trị đúng quy định, đúng mã chi phí, mã bộ phận; chi phí đúng đối tượng, đúng kỳ…)
• Chuẩn bị hồ sơ cho kiểm tra hoàn thuế
• Làm việc với các bên kiểm toán, thuế, các cơ quan quản lý tài chính doanh nghiệp

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years- experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager in Manufacturing company
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (ERP is plus)
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Ability to direct and supervise; analysis skills
• Fluent in English or Korean

• Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Kế toán/ Tài chính/ Kinh Tế/ Ngoại thương
• Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm từ vị trí kế toán trưởng ngành nghề sản xuất
• Kỹ năng vi tính, phần mềm kế toán (hiểu biết về phần mềm ERP là điểm cộng).
• Có kỹ năng quản trị và lãnh đạo nhóm, kỹ năng phân tích tổng hợp báo cáo
• Thành thạo tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn
