Head of Risk Management Department

Due to expend and develop the business’s strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for Risk Management Department with position as Department Head of Risk Management Department with details as below:

* Place of Work: Head Office, 97A Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 12, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.

* Tasks:
Manage, organize work of Risk Management Dept, ensuring completion of the target in accordance with IVB’s strategy in each period

1. Planning:
- Establish and implement the action plan of Risk management dept. in each period;
- Prepare and implement policy, regulation on risk management throughout the system;
- Manage, supervise the implementation of Risk management dept’s action plan in each period.

2. Credit risk management:
- Propose limits for credit portfolio by sectors, regions, customers ‘segments applied to IVB. Regularly update market conditions and any possible impacts to IVB’s credit portfolio, propose appropriate adjustments (if any) for credit limits by sectors, regions, customers’ segments;
- Propose credit policies: credit policy and procedures, appraisal and re-appraisal regulations; authoring tree on credit approval, regulations on collateral management, tools to manage credit portfolios, internal credit rating system applied for concrete customers’ segments…
- Develop credit risk management model, tools for measuring credit risk, define credit risk reporting list and propose annual credit provision plan;
- Build and monitor credit risk limits on IVB portfolio and monitor debt quality throughout IVB system;
- Review, verify reports related to credit risk and credit portfolios;
- Participate in credit risk review, give credit risk opinions to products, regulations, procedures apply in IVB.

3. Management of market risk and operation risk:
- Coordinate with the professional department in (i) proposing and monitoring limits on market risk/operation risk/regulation risk; (ii) updating changes of the market and propose adjusting limits (if any); (iii) building credit rating system for financial institutions, securities companies, fund management companies…at IVB;
- Coordinate with the professional department in proposing transaction approved limits for dealers, limits for each customer and product, limit losses, stop losses...to BOE for approval;
- Prepare and propose to apply policies, regulations; models and tools for the identification, evaluating, measuring market risk and operation risk;
- Perform periodical/assigned reports related to market risk and operation risk management of IVB In charge of monitoring and reporting market risk and operation risk daily. To promptly warn when there are sign of risk and notify the person in charged;
- Advise, give opinions and propose solutions for such potential and incurring market and operation risks.

4. Employee management:
- Build productivity quota of officers/ staffs under Dept. Assign KPIs to each employee;
- Monitor and manage employee’s workload completion against the budget and target, periodically evaluate the performance of employees;
- Lead, assign and propose the arrangement of human resources, ensuring the suitability with the professional capacity of each employee and job requirement of the Department;
- Take training plan for employees of Risk Management Dept. in particular and for IVB staff in general.

* Job requirements:
- Male/Female with bachelor’s degree and above in finance and banking, economics, law, ...
- Strong at skills of management, problem solving and decision making, presentation
- Having knowledge about economics, financial analysis, banking, securities, real estate
- Experience: At least 05 years working experiences in risk management/ credit and 03 years in management level
- English: Fluency with TOEIC 700 upwards or equivalent.
