Due to expend and develop the business’s strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for Head of Retail Banking Department position with details as below:
* Place of Work: Head Office, 97A Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 12, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.
* Tasks:
Manage activities of Retail Banking Department (RBD) to achieve assigned business target regarding to IVB strategy.
1. Build business plan/ budget plan:
- Build and deploy business plan of RBD;
- Build and deploy product policies/ programs to stimulate business activities of retail banking;
- Build, deploy, support, manage, supervise the implementation of business plan at branches to reach target of IVB.
2. Manage, operate routine works at RBD:
- Product development:
+ Build annual plan for developing products of retail banking and monitor the implementation of periodically reviewing business deployment efficiency;
+ Build products applicable to customers’ need;
+ Build fee tariff, interest rate for products and services of retail banking within management scope;
+ Organize trainings about retail banking products and services for all branches;
+ Be responsible for the efficiency of products and services and proposing appropriate solutions if needed.
- Business stimulation and partnership development:
+ Build programs, policies to stimulate business activities of retail banking, build promotion, customer care policies for each group of customers for the nation-wide IVB;
+ Deploy co-operation program with partners for developing RB business;
- Support branches, deploy sales stimulation and skill training for sales of all branches:
+ Coordinate with business units to approach customers following product sales plan and sales promotion;
+ Organize and deploy skill training for sales staffs all over IVB.
- Business management:
+ Monitor sales volume, sales reports on a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis;
+ Manage & approved credit, guarantee & other related transactions according to decentralization/authorization of BOEs/ Division Director in compliance with provisions of IVB and the law;
+ Supervise the implementation of RB business plan in overall and by branches. Analyze business efficiency by products/ customer groups/ regions/ branches/ nation-wide. Propose solutions to increase business productivity;
+ Support and coordinate with branches to implement and deploy business plan by month/ quarter/ year;
+ Coordinate with other/ related departments to build KPIs for Retail Banking sales managers, sales staffs. Periodically measure KPIs by quarter/ year and report to Division Head/ BOEs.
- Supervise staff:
+ Assign KPIs for each staff of RBD;
+ Monitor and supervise job performances in comparison with budget and target. Periodically review job performances of all RBD staff;
+ Manage, allocate, propose for arrangement of staffs properly and efficiently regarding to their professional competence and job requirements;
+ Instruct staffs, build and deploy training and coaching plan for RBD staff

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female with Bachelor/ Master from university with major in banking, finance, commerce, economics or relevant major.
- Wide acknowledge of market and banking products, especially in credit
- Ability of developing products, business implementation and promotion
- Capability for research, analysis, orientation
- Good skills at:
+ Problem solving, decision – making & management
+ Communication; presentation; & negotiation
- Experience: At least 5 years in developing products, stimulating and managing sales and at least 2 years at equivalent position.
- English: Fluency, adapt well with IVB’s work of requirements.
