Mô tả công việc
- Objective: to organize, manage all operation of the Internal Audit Department to ensure that all audit plans are effectively implemented.
1. Planning:
- To prepare and to deploy plan approved by Chief of Board of Controller (BOC)
- To manage, to supervise the Internal audit plan implementation from time to time
2. Manage and execute tasks according to the functions and duties of the Department:
- Organize the implementation of the annual audit plan and other unscheduled audits on the banking operation.
- Prepare annual audit plan/ audit plan adjustment for IAD to submit to BOC, SBV
- Set up the adjustment and supplement of the process on Internal Audit and submit them to Board of Controllers for approval.
- Report to Chief of Board of Controllers, BOE when detecting serious mistakes.
- Implement unscheduled audits as per BOC, BOE request.
- Set up labor productivity norms for auditors.
- Set up and propose personal plan, assign suitable jobs for auditors, monitor auditor’s working implement to ensure that working assignment is reasonable.
3. Employee management:
- Manage and monitor auditors’ working implement to ensure that IVB’s process, regulation complied closely.
- Ensure that auditors of the Internal Audit Department are regularly trained, have adequate knowledge, professional skill to implement duties of internal audit effectively.

- Male/ Female with the bachelor’s degree upwards from universities: Banking, Economic & Foreign Trade
- Having experiences in inspection, control as well as planning and assigning tasks to internal auditors
- Strong knowledge on legal regulation related to the banking operation
- Having knowledge and experience on all banking aspects including credit, accounting, international banking, cashiering …
- Good at skills of management, problem solving, negotiation, presentation
- Experience: at least 05 years of working experiences in the equivalent position and in the banking field
- English: TOEIC 700 or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English
