Due to expend and develop the business’s strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for position of Head of Credit Re-Appraisal Department – Northern Area with details as below:
Place of Work: 88 Hai Ba Trung St., Cua Nam Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi
Tasks:
- Managing and operating Credit re-appraisal Department to ensure completion of the assigned tasks in accordance with the Department’s function and duties.
- Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of the department's action plans as assigned.
- Manage activities under functions & responsibilities:
+ Monitor the application of related to credit appraisal and re-appraisal regulations in the IVB system.
+ Give opinions on policies, regulations and procedures for credit appraisal at IVB and propose appropriate adjustments if needed.
+ Review, give recommendations to (if any) and verify the re-appraisal proposal of credits (including corporate bond) and customers’ credit rating reports received from business units/ HO Departments in accordance with IVB’ regulations. Responsible for credit assessment/ recommendations/opinions and improvement decisions on Credit Re-appraisal proposals or related credit proposals received from IVB business units/ HO Departments in accordance with authorized power that defined by IVB credit policies.
+ Review, give opinions and suggestion on adjustments for the credit re-appraisal forms and procedures when necessary.
- Employee management:
+ Assign KPIs to each employee and evaluate the performance results of employees periodically.
+ Allocate human resources appropriate to professional capacity of each employee and job requirements.
+ Training and coaching to the employees of the Department.

* Job requirements:
- Male/Female with bachelor’s degrees in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration… and other similar certificates.
- Good knowledge on economics, finance, banking, securities, real estate, investment,…
- Comprehensive in internal policies and regulations as well as regulations of the SBV on credit activities and collaterals.
- Good at leadership and staff training skills
- Good at communication and presentation skills
- Skills of financial analysis and time management, problem solving and decision making.
- Experience: At least 06 years of experiences in related management.
- English: equivalent to TOEIC 700 or equivalent, preferably English fluency.
