Place of Work: Head Office, 97A Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 12, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.
Tasks:
Manage tasks related to Corporate Banking Department (CB) in order to achieve business plan
assigned by IVB from time to time. Report directly to Division Director.
1. Set up business plan:
- Build and manage the business implementation of Department from time to time.
- Develop and promote policies/programs/products in order to develop business in the 1st market of
IVB
- Develop, promote, support and manage the business implementation of Business Units in
accordance with IVB’s target from time to time.
2. Manage tasks related to Corporate Banking (CB):
2.1. Product development
- Prepare annual plan of CB product development and track periodically the review of plan
performance.
- Develop products satisfying CB’s needs, fee tariff, interest rate related to CB products and services
- Organize the training for CB products and services
- Be responsible for the efficiency of products and services and to propose the appropriate solution if
needed.
2.2. Business and partnership development
- Develop regulations, programs for CB sale stimulation, policies for specific customer group from
time to time, and promote to all Business Units.
- Develop and promote programs linked with partners in order to develop CB business.
2.3. Support Business Units, develop business and train business skills
- Coordinate with Business units in marketing, products sale plan and business development
programs.
- Organize and promote the training on business skills for businessmen.
2.4. Business management
- Follow sales result and report monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Manage & approved guarantee credit transactions & other related to transactions according to
decentralization/authorization of BOEs/ Division Director in compliance with provisions of IVB
and the law.
- Manage the performance of CB business plan of business units. Analyze the business efficiency
under product/customer group/area/business unit and all IVB units, then propose the solution in
order to increase the operation efficiency.
- Support and coordinate with Business units to develop and perform monthly/ quarterly/yearly
Business plan.
- Coordinate with relative Divisions/Departments to develop KPIs for CB management team and
sale team. Evaluate KPIs periodically on monthly/yearly basis and report to Division Director and
Board of Executives.
3. Employee management:
- Assign KPIs to each staff under
- Follow and manage the level of work completion compared to target and budget. Periodically
evaluate the performance result of employee.
- Lead, manage employee and assign tasks efficiently and in line with capacity of each employee and
requirement.
- Guide, develop training plan and organize professional training course for staff.

- Male/Female with bachelor’s degree and above in banking, finance, economics or equivalent majors…
- Strong knowledge in researching, analysis and directional capacity
- Knowledge on banking market and products
- Capacity of product development, business development
- Good skills at leadership, management, professional sale, problem solving and decision making, presentation, negotiation
- Experience: At least 5 years working experiences in product development, business development/ management and minimum 2 years in equivalent management level.
- English: Fluency with TOEIC 700 upwards or equivalent.
