Mô tả công việc
1. Responsibilities:
Check and compare internal detailed and aggregated data.
Check the provisions of arising transactions.
Check the balance between detailed and general account data.
Checking the balance at the end of term in reasonable and matching the detail with reports.
Check account of income, expenses, depreciation, assets, liabilities, other operations, VAT and tax report of Head Office and Projects, make balance sheet.
Monitoring general company debt. Determining and proposing to set up or deal with bad debts of company.
Print out detailed and total companies data as of request.
Preparing financial statements every each quarter, 6 months, year-end and detailed reports.
Checking and inventory the data at sites, factory.
Statistics and synthesis of accounting data upon request.
Provide the data for the BOD or relate official upon request.
Explain the data and Provide records, data to tax authorities, auditors and inspectors at the request of Account Manager or Director.
Ideas to improve the procedure when need or been requested.
Keeping account data scientifically and in accordance with company regulation.
2. Permissions:
Directly request accountants to adjust operations when any went wrong
Request accountants to provide timely and fully reports as required.
3. Relationship:
Directly request and in charge of report in Account-Finance department.
Receiving information and management all information of accountants.
Ensuring the request of company's secret financial information.
Contact and work co-operate with other departments.

Graduated from College or higher in Accounting, Auditing and Finance.
English fluently both communicate and report. Ability to report directly to foreign expert or Director.
Experience from 5 years working at foreign company is prefered.
Having professional accounting skills, ability of collecting and master of account.
Self organizing, arranging and developping ability to implement assigned tasks.
Knowlegde of construction or productions is preferred.
Using proficient software (excel, misa...).
Competitive salary.
