GA-HR Staff (6 Months or 1 Year contract)

- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants. Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker’s compensation plans.
- Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility benefits, and other pertinent information.

*Support administration job such as:
- Reception role
- Conduct entertainment events in company.

*Support safety and environment job as require of superior.

- College or University graduate
- Good command of computer
- Have ability of English or Japanese
- Communication skill
- Planning skill
- Trusty, carefully and willing to learn new things.
 Salary will be negotiable.
 Working place: Dong Van II Industrial Zone, Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province
 Working time: Admin hour

Day off: Public holidays, Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month
 Means of Transportation: Company bus for Ha Noi – Ha Nam - Ha Noi route.

Benefit:
- Bonus: 2 times (Bonus based on of positive profit from company business performance of previous year in Sep and additional 13th month bonus at before Tet.
