Director of Business Management Division - H. O

Due to expend and develop the business’s strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for Director of Business Management Division position with details as below:

* Place of Work: Head Office, 97A Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 12, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.

* Tasks:Manage activities of Business Management Division (BMD) to achieve assigned business targets regarding to IVB strategy.

1. Setting up Business plan/ budget plan:
- Build and implement BMD business plan;
- Set up, develop and implement policies/ programs/ products to stimulate IVB business activities in the Market 1 (M1);
- Make plan of budget and implement marketing programs and IVB branding promotions;
- Build, implement, support, manage, and monitor the business performance at branches to achieve IVB objectives.

2. Manage, operate routine works at BMD:
- Develop retail and corporate products to assure the competitiveness and efficiency of products in compliance with regulations and legal requirements of Vietnam law and IVB. Carry out product training courses for sales staff at IVB branches
- Business development and partnerships, support branches to boost sales. Implement training courses on sales skills for all branches
- Manage the business performance of all branches; monitor the implementation of target at the branches
- Brand development, marketing and PR in cooperation with other Divisions/HO Departments/Branches to launch products, advertise and branding
- Monitor sales activities and customer services
- Approve credit granting, guarantee transactions & others according to decentralization/ authorization of BOEs in compliance with provisions of IVB and the law
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers/partnerships and community

3. Staff management:
- Allocate KPIs for each employee of BMD
- Monitor and supervise employee’s performance under assigned budget and objectives. Periodically review performance of all BMD staff
- Manage, allocate and propose appropriate and effective staffing according to their competencies and job requirements
- Coach, develop and implement the training & coaching plans for BMD staff

- Male/Female with Bachelor/ Master degree from university with major in: Finance, Banking, Business Management or professional equivalent;

- Wide knowledge of macroeconomics, banking finance and the regulations of the State Bank and the laws relating to banking operation in the enterprise segment;

- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.

- Good skills of:

+ Analytical, professional appraisal of corporate credit
+ Problem solving and decision making
+ Leadership, training and coaching staff

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management related to Finance, Banking …

- English: Fluency in both writing and speaking
