Customs Broker Staff - Work At Noi Bai, Ha Nam, Hai Duong, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong

- Arrange all kind of C/O for all customers which company handles for customs clearance.
- Has responsibility to check and manage customer’s import & export documents
- Declare/submit ECUSS via Vnaccs for all kind of types : trading, processing and re-export.
- Cooperate with other staffs in OP department to update and input cost in software and follow up shipment to the end.
- Knowledge about finance report is priority
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager

- Graduate from Foreign trade or related to import-export fields
- Proficiency in microsoft office and Vnaccs
- Have experience to make customs clearance under processing, re-export and trading as well
- Kind, honestly, able to work under pressure and high responsibility
- At least 1 years’ experience in customs field
- Good English is priority
- Have license of General Department of Vietnam customs is preferable.
