Customer Relationship Manager

***Location: Hanoi, HCM, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Ha Nam, Hai Phong, Nhon Trach, Binh Duong
***JOB DESCRIPTION :
- To approach, contact new and existing customers in order to maintain and expand the bank’s credit customer base.
- To carry out the business targets assigned to the business sector, including: Credit, Capital mobilization, Insurance products, Account services, E-banking ... and other cross-selling products.
- To get financial and other related information from customers in order to establish and develop profitable relationship with the customers.
- To provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers.
- To carry out other tasks will be assigned by Head of Department/Branches

***REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in corporate customer relationship
- Strong knowledge of bank products and services for corporate customer
- Fluent in Korean or English is preferable
- Be willing to participate in community and professional activities and organizations to expand personal network of business contacts for new business development.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Sincere desire to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
