Compliance Staff

• Update the legal requirements and the standards of buyers
• Advise to build up and revise the policies of factory to ensure the compliance with legal requirements and buyer’s standards
• Be responsible for implement of social responsibility, security and quality in the factory follows the requirements of laws and standards of buyers.
• Conduct the internal audits periodically in the factory to ensure the compliance with all requirements related to social responsibility, security and quality.
• Co-operate with Human resources department to conduct orientation training for all employees of the factory on legal requirement and buyer’s standards.
• Co-operate with production department, quality assurance to build up and monitor the implement of procedures on quality system.
• Work with the auditors and inspectors from buyers, government agencies…
• Make the corrective action plans after all audits/ assessments of buyers as well as after incidents related to security, safety, quality…
• Make periodic reports and unannounced reports about the compliance with these above requirements to the Board of Directors and Compliance manager of Heard Quarter.
• Working place: Ha Nam or Hai Duong

• Graduated from university with major of Law, Business Administration (Human Resource management), Foreign language (English)
• At least 3 years experience as compliance staff (buyer agent, 3rd party auditor, vendor compliance, factory compliance officier)
• Fluent English (cover 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Good communication ability
• Team-working and invidual working skills
• Negotiation skill
• Be dedicated and responsible
