Mô tả công việc
- Make brand sales plan and ensure the achievement of sale and gross margin budget. Build up and develop sales target; Develop business strategies and Management of sales, follow the assigned sales plan to increase sales and revenues.
- Marketing management; Develop branding strategy and make Marketing plan.
- Manage and responsible for the effective use of performance budgeting, Brand Sales Performance
- Management of Stock.
- Responsible for products transfer management based on inventory data.
- Forecast product demand and analyze data to make merchandise/order plan.
- In charge of buying products if required.
- Management of People; Operation Management with SM/SA in Vendor Product training for store team, VM guideline and store refresh, Duty Roster arrangement, Commission/ Incentive monthly validation.
- Management of Brand Image
- Brand ‘s P&L control
- Encourage and support staffs, build up good working environment.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Qualifications:
- University/ College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or related field
- More than 3 years’ experience in Brand Management/ Product Management
- Experience in Retail/ Fashion/ Cosmetic/ Luxury Business is preferable
- Personal Attributes
- Business mindset, skills to rise sale.
- Good skills in management, communication, organization, negotiation and solve-problem.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Good Customer centric.
- Ability to work independently and in team situations.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Other Skills & Abilities
- Proactive and Innovation
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.
- Willing to go for overseas business trips if required.
